VAeyc Guest Post Submissions

VAeyc is proud to offer a platform for voices across Vermont—and beyond—who are passionate about improving the early childhood landscape. We invite early educators, researchers, caregivers, and advocates to contribute original articles, stories, and resources that reflect the realities and opportunities in our field.

Topics We’re Looking For:

• Innovative classroom strategies
• Family engagement practices
• Early educator wellness and burnout
• Racial equity in early learning
• Public policy and legislation
• Professional journeys and career advice
• Child development insights

Your submission should be thoughtful, relevant, and free of promotional content. Articles must be original (not published elsewhere) and grounded in personal experience, research, or evidence-based practice. A short bio (100 words max) and a photo are optional but encouraged.

Please email your submission to writers@vaeyc.org with the subject line: “Guest Post Submission.” All content is reviewed by our editorial team. Selected writers will be notified within 2–3 weeks.

We especially welcome contributions from BIPOC educators, those working in rural or underrepresented communities, and emerging professionals. We believe in shared knowledge—and your voice could inspire someone else to grow, reflect, or take action.
