The Vermont Community Preschool Collaborative (VCPC) project provides support and resources that allow Vermont communities to successfully collaborate and establish or expand high quality prekindergarten experiences for 3 and 4 year olds. The project is structured as a fund of the Vermont Community Foundation and is a collaboration among several philanthropic partners who want to encourage public schools and child care providers to create, strengthen, and sustain high-quality prekindergarten opportunities that can continue to be supported with reimbursement through the state education fund.
